Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from Swarora! Here’s everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and refund process:

Returns/Refund

We only accept returns if:

  • The product you received is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item by mistake.

To process a return, you must have a full unboxing video taken from the start, showing the damage or wrong product clearly. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address and issue you a credit note, which you can use for your next order.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance. However, in some cases, you may be eligible for a credit note.

Missing Item

If any item is missing from your package, please contact us with a full unboxing video from the start, clearly showing what you received.

  • If the missing item is in stock, we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.
  • If it's out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note for it.

Refunds are not provided for missing items.

Exchanges (Only for Rings)

We offer size exchanges for finger rings only.

  • Shipping charges of ₹200 (both ways) will be paid by the customer.
  • Exchange will be done at the same delivery address.
  • The process may take 08–10 days.

Important

You must raise your return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, your order becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
